Kay Bennett's Talking Tennessee!

As the new year gets underway, I am excited about all of the new people I will get to meet and the dreams I will fulfill!   Thats why I got into Real Estate.   REALLY,  I know I stand a good chance of "going under"   :) but this is such an enjoyable career for me,  I sometimes don't even realize it as a "job".  However, it is very hard work and in my prior life, I was in the accounting field, so I find myself crossing every T and dotting every i....I really think this site is very beneficial and rewarding to find that my views are similiar to others.  Its nice.   I try to stay very positive because in this profession, thats the main Goal.   I would say that my goals are to take very good care of my clients this year and strive at every one as repeat customers.  I service the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee.  Currently, my knowledge and experience is strong with Putnam, White, Clay, and Cumberland Counties.  I have two gorgeous homes listed in the desirable location of CUMBERLAND COVE, MONTEREY, TN. and also a beautiful 30 acres with river frontage plus a huge house in SPARTA, TN.   This year has started in a great direction for me and I hope to list and sell dozens of beautiful homes like this all year!
